Expansion of the partnership between Cooper Consumer Health and Verfora Ltd.

In 2024, Cooper Consumer Health acquired Viatris’s global OTC business (further information). In Switzerland, well-known OTC brands include Kamillosan, Endwarts, Trawell and Dynamisan. This also includes prescription or primarily prescription brands such as Duphalac, Legalon and Prosta-Urgenin.

As of 1 January 2025, Verfora will be responsible for the marketing and distribution of Cooper Consumer Health’s products. This not only strengthens Verfora’s Consumer Health business in the Swiss market but also advances its position in the medical sector. Stefan Wälti, Head of Verfora, expressed his enthusiasm: “Many of Cooper Consumer Health’s established core brands complement our portfolio in interesting ways, allowing us to offer an even wider range to specialist retailers and customers in pharmacies and drugstores.”
