Trade and other receivables Accounting principles Trade receivables are initially measured at the transaction price determined in accordance with IFRS 15. Other receiva- bles are carried at original invoice value. Allowances for uncollectable amounts are estimated based on expected credit losses, using life-time expected credit losses for trade receivables (simplified approach). These bad debt allowances are based on historical credit loss experience, adjusted for forward-looking factors specific to the debtors and the economic environment for individual allowances or for groups with comparable credit risk profiles.
